This program is designed for individuals with a working knowledge of kettlebell movements. 


These include:

  • All Swings
  • Get-Up
  • Clean – Single and Double
  • Military Press – Single and Double
  • All Squats
  • Snatch


This program will use both single and double kettlebells so multiple kettlebells of the same weight are required. This 3 day 6 week program is designed to increase mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall general health. Every session is scheduled for an hour which includes a warm-up with mobility, movement pattern circuit, strength exercise, and final conditioning circuit.
